A decadent chocolate fondant with a Nutella filling that needs to be devoured as soon as you take it out of the oven. It's far from easy to make as you need to take it out of the mould without it falling apart and you have to bake it just right so it's firm and soft on the outside and really gooey and lava-like when you break into it :) Should be tried with a dollop of fresh cream.
