Oreo Cake

Oreo Cake. This tastes fabulous. It's 2 lovely chocolate cakes (without egg) sandwiched together with a filling of Lashings fresh Cream, Crushed Oreos and a thick Fudge sauce. Each cake is covered in oodles of ganache and Oreos 1st before being sandwiched together to make This Great Cake loaded with textures

Rice Krispie treats...(with Marshmallows and Oreo bits)

Kids love these.

Strawberry Cheesecake

Strawberry Cheesecake :) What a combination! My favourites, strawberries and cheesecake with a buttery biscuit base. Owing to the creaminess, I added some chocolate biscuit bits to the cream mixture to add some crunch. The tangy pieces of fresh strawberries, the creaminess of the cream cheese and fresh cream with that lovely little crunch from the chocolate biscuits. But,you can have the cheesecake customized to your liking. Happiness in every bite you take.

          

Oreo Maple Cheesecake.

Cheesecake, one of my favourite desserts. I love the creamy texture of the filling with the chunks of oreo cookies and a hint of maple syrup. It's not terribly sweet. I can't believe it's taken me so long to add Cheesecake to my repertoire :)

I was thrilled to note that Cadbury has introduced Oreo bikkies officially in India. No more depending on the imported stuff. So, to celebrate, I decided to honour it by making this No-bake Oreo Cheesecake with a splash of maple syrup. :) Many more cheesecakes coming up. So watch this space
