A mini Dobos/Caramel Torte

This is a very popular Hungarian dessert. It has layers of sponge cake, layered with chocolate butter cream filling topped with a layer of caramel with a glass like crunchy yet fine texture.

Banana, Cranberry and Almond Loaf.

A great tea time accompaniment. This Loaf is loaded with bananas, cranberries and almonds. You get the sweetness and moistness mostly from the banana, that tangy hit from the cranberries and that audible crunch from that glorious nut, the almond. If you enjoy a breakfast muffin, a slice of this loaf is a slightly healthier option. Or so I keep telling myself ;)








 


Rainbow Vanilla cupcakes with a Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

The Kids will love these fun and tasty cupcakes. Well, so will the adults. If I could get a hold of more food colouring, there would many more colours. Cupcakes make for great canvases and they are incredibly easy going ;) I don't think I've ever seen a cupcake that was too colourful or over the top. Also available are rainbow vanilla birthday cakes with buttercream frosting.




Melt in your mouth Butter Fingers.


These butter fingers are really light and completely eggless. Most often, once you start you can't stop. My fiance loves these little biscuits and he is quite hard to please. It was a miracle that they lasted long enough to be photographed. Have never worked so fast with a camera in my life:) But I'm sure once you've eaten them, you'll know exactly what all the fuss is about.









Rich Chocolate Fondant with a Nutella Centre.

A decadent chocolate fondant with a Nutella filling that needs to be devoured as soon as you take it out of the oven. It's far from easy to make as you need to take it out of the mould without it falling apart and you have to bake it just right so it's firm and soft on the outside and really gooey and lava-like when you break into it :) Should be tried with a dollop of fresh cream.

As much as I love the classic, I had to most definitely (in true Nigella style) keep adding and adding and adding. That's why these cookies have choco chips, choco chunks and Smarties even. And they can have much more in the near future. All you have to do is ask :)

A new Chocolate Mousse... Richer and Smoother than the last and my favourite, Strawberry Mousse with Chocolate cake at the bottom.

This universal favourite is as creamy as it looks. This is all about the chocolate. No cocoa here, just oodles and oodles of chocolate. One can choose to have the dark chocolate or the milk chocolate mousse. And who knows, maybe a marriage of the two in the future? ;)

I love all things strawberry. The cake, the cookie, the ice cream, the smoothie, the shade of lip gloss, that sweet little cartoon character (The one called 'Strawberry Shortcake') ;) and of course, the mousse. Only real strawberries. Non of that artificial essence. This particular strawberry mousse lies on a bed of dark chocolate cake. Could it get any better than this? Well, if it can, I'm sure I'll be the first one to know ;)







Passion Fruit Cupcakes with a Vanilla Fresh Cream Frosting
