Rich Chocolate Fondant with a Milk Chocolate Ganache Centre.

A decadent chocolate fondant with a milk chocolate ganache filling. that needs to be devoured as soon as you take it out of the oven. It's far from easy to make as you need to take it out of the mould without it falling apart and you have to bake it just right so it's firm and soft on the outside and really gooey and lava-like when you break into it :) Tastes even more divine with a dollop of fresh cream.
