Strawberry Cheesecake

Strawberry Cheesecake :) What a combination! My favourites, strawberries and cheesecake with a buttery biscuit base. Owing to the creaminess, I added some chocolate biscuit bits to the cream mixture to add some crunch. The tangy pieces of fresh strawberries, the creaminess of the cream cheese and fresh cream with that lovely little crunch from the chocolate biscuits. But,you can have the cheesecake customized to your liking. Happiness in every bite you take.

          

Melt in your mouth Butter Fingers.

These butter fingers are really light and completely eggless. Most often, once you start you can't stop. My fiance loves these little biscuits and he is quite hard to please. It was a miracle that they lasted long enough to be photographed. Have never worked so fast with a camera in my life:) But I'm sure once you've eaten them, you'll know exactly what all the fuss is about.

As much as I love the classic, I had to most definitely (in true Nigella style) keep adding and adding and adding. That's why these cookies have choco chips, choco chunks and Smarties even. And they can have much more in the near future. All you have to do is ask :)

Millionaire's Short Bread

Millionaire's Short Bread has three layers. A short bread base, layer of caramel and finally generous layer of Chocolate on top. We can all let out a sigh of relief to know that The Millionaire's Short bread is called that because of just how rich it is. Three scrumptious layers that come together with each bite. Non-chocolate lovers have literally eaten their words. Now isn't that something? ;)
