Oreo Maple Cheesecake.

Cheesecake, one of my favourite desserts. I love the creamy texture of the filling with the chunks of oreo cookies and a hint of maple syrup. It's not terribly sweet. I can't believe it's taken me so long to add Cheesecake to my repertoire :)

I was thrilled to note that Cadbury has introduced Oreo bikkies officially in India. No more depending on the imported stuff. So, to celebrate, I decided to honour it by making this No-bake Oreo Cheesecake with a splash of maple syrup. :) Many more cheesecakes coming up. So watch this space

Melt in your mouth Butter Fingers.

These butter fingers are really light and completely eggless. Most often, once you start you can't stop. My fiance loves these little biscuits and he is quite hard to please. It was a miracle that they lasted long enough to be photographed. Have never worked so fast with a camera in my life:) But I'm sure once you've eaten them, you'll know exactly what all the fuss is about.

The Ultimate Choco chip cookies.

As much as I love the classic, I had to most definitely (in true Nigella style) keep adding and adding and adding. That's why these cookies have choco chips, choco chunks and Smarties even. And they can have much more in the near future. All you have to do is ask :)

Two Tone ChocoChip Cookies

These Cookies have both White and Milk Choco Chips. You have the choice of Dark/Milk/White choco bits. Nuts of your choice, too, can be added. Also Cranberries, Raisins and Currants.

The Supremely Giant Cookie!

This Giant Cookie has a Short Bread Base With a caramel topping. But what really makes this cookie special is all those Colourful Add ons. (Smarties, Choco chips, Chocolate Sprinkles). Kids are going to love this Huge Cookie :)

Millionaire's Short Bread

Millionaire's Short Bread has three layers. A short bread base, layer of caramel and finally generous layer of Chocolate on top. We can all let out a sigh of relief to know that The Millionaire's Short bread is called that because of just how rich it is. Three scrumptious layers that come together with each bite. Non-chocolate lovers have literally eaten their words. Now isn't that something? ;)
